Music Video Coming Soon

Butterfly Music Productions has engaged "Justin and Jennifer" to produce a music video to Vanessa's song "Heartbreakin Game". The video is moving along well and should be coming out soon. Butterfly Music Productions has also engaged two of Vanessa's sisters to play parts in the video. There is a lot of energy beginning to build with Vanessa's fans for this new music video. Stay tuned :)

New CD Titled "Vanessa" Is Completed

Vanessa has just completed her new full length album. This album was released April 24, 2008. The songs have all been written by Vanessa, with the exception of a few songs written for her by Jim Thompson. This new album was produced by 57th Street Productions located in Monroe, Washington. Butterfly Music Productions is very excited about the release of this CD and feels that it showcases another dimension of Vanessa's musical talent. Stay tuned and enjoy.

The Beach Boys - Vanessa Thompson opened for The Beach Boys at the Tulalip Amphitheatre September 13, 2007:

Vanessa Thompson performed as the opening act for The Beach Boys, for a full house, at the Tulalip Amphitheatre in Marysville, Washington. Vanessa performed some cover songs, some of her own music from her current album out "Baby This Love" and one piano version of a song that will be on her new album to be released in early 2008. Vanessa's album "Baby This Love" and other products are available for purchase in the Music & More section of her website. Seattle Supersonics - Vanessa Thompson Performed the Pre-game and Half time Shows for The Seattle Supersonics:

Vanessa Thompson performed the pregame and half time show for the Seattle Supersonics when they played the Utah Jazz November 9, 2007 at the Key Arena in Seattle Washington. The pre-game show started at 5:55 PM and went until 7:30 PM. The half time show was at 8:30 PM for about fifteen minutes. Butterfly Music Productions had a table for Vanessa's fans who got autographs and purchased her CD "Baby This Love", posters and many of her other products.

CD Release Party - Vanessa Thompson's New Album Titled "Vanessa" Was Released by Butterfly Music Productions April 24, 2008:

Vanessa Thompson's new album "Vanessa" is here and was released April 24, 2008. There were VIP and public CD release parties at the Baltic Room in Seattle, Washington. The VIP CD release party was from 6 to 9 PM and was attended by invitation only. There were attendees from around the country to include musicians, producers, event organizers, coreographers, writers, promoters, corporate representatives and numerous other industry insiders as well as some of her more dedicated fans. Representatives of the press and/or mediawere also in attendance. Vanessa performed some of the songs from her new album self titled "Vanessa". The crowd was captivated with Vanessa's music and performance skills. The Public CD release partystarted at 9:45 PM. Vanessa performed some cover songs and songs from her new album from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM with her band. The crowd was mesmerized by Vanessa's performance. Vanessa's new CD "Vanessa" as well as her CD "Baby This Love" and other products were available. Butterfly Music Productions had professional videographers and photographers there to capture the event for use at a later date. Vanessa was available to sign autographs and take pictures with her fans. The evening was a big success.

Vanessa Thompson Performed at the Shobox SODO for the "Couture Underground", The Annual Premier Fashion Show of the Pacific Northwest by the Seattle Art Institute:

Vanessa Thompson performed for the annual fashion show put on as an exclusive event in the Pacific Northwest for the fashion industry. This event was hosted by the Seattle Shobox SODO April 10, 2008. The doors opened at 7 PM and Vanessa performed from 7:30 to 8:00 PM in the VIP lounge for the VIP attendees. Vanessa performed some cover songs and some songs from her soon to be released CD "Vanessa". After the show Vanessa had her CD "Baby This Love" and other products for sale. She was also available to sign autographs and take photos with her fans.

KC & The Sunshine Band - Vanessa Thompson opened for KC & The Sunshine Band at The Tulalip Amphitheatre August 20, 2008:

Vanessa Thompson opened for KC & The Sunshine Band at the Tulalip Amphitheatre in Tulalip, Washington. Vanessa's performance consisted of some cover songs and some of her own music from her current album self titiled "Vanessa". The doors opened at 6:00pm and Vanessa performed from 7:00pm to 7:45pm and then KC & The Sunshine Band performed from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. The Tulalip Amphitheatre was very enthusiastic about bring Vanessa back to perform, as she opened last year for the Beach Boys, and received an incredible response. Since her performance last year at Tulalip, Vanessa has released her first full-length Album titled "Vanessa" and has had many performances around the Northwest, and had many ON AIR radio interviews, including a Live radio performance on KISS 106.1 FM on the Jackie and Bender Morning Show. She is currently working with some major producers in LA, from which her first single will be launched globally.
